Private Group Classes may be scheduled for 5+ students at $30/each.

Off-Site Classes or Workshops may be scheduled at private group pricing with an additional travel/convenience fee (prices vary depending on travel and class time.)
Gift Certificates of any value may be purchased online, via telephone or at the studio which may be used for private sessions, group classes and retail purchases.

To pre-register or not to pre-register?
We are a small, but popular, yoga and fitness studio and space is limited. Therefore, pre-registration is recommended and REQUIRED particularly for “hot spot” times such as 8:15am, 5:30/5:45pm and Saturday mornings.

What is the cancellation policy?
A 12-hour cancellation notice is when pre-registered for a class and a 24-hour cancellation notice is required when booked for a private appointment.
Failure to cancel within 12 hours will result in a no-show or late cancel fee of up to $15. This policy is to ensure that all members have a fair chance of getting into classes without others saving spots and then not attending.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so online or text 912-230-2287. If we are unable to answer, please leave your information on our answering service so that we have record of your call.
E-mail appointment cancellations are not accepted!

Our cancellation policy for private appointments is as follows:
More than 24 hours notice: Service will be cancelled at no charge.
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.
Failure to show without notice: 100% of the service price will be charged.
Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your session, thus lessening its effectiveness and your satisfaction.
